Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for building the magnetic bead product development platform and completing sample preparation;
2.Responsible for key performance testing and evaluation of magnetic beads, and formulating quality standards;
3.Responsible for formulating the development plan for magnetic bead products and leading the team to complete product development tasks;
4.Assist the quality department in completing performance testing and evaluation of magnetic bead products;
5.Assist the application department in solving problems encountered by customers during the use of magnetic beads.
Job Requirements:
1.Master's degree or above in chemistry, organic chemistry, polymer materials, or related fields;
2. 3More than one year of work experience;
3.Familiar with operations such as agarose and polymer microsphere synthesis, surface functionalization modification, etc., experience in developing chemiluminescent magnetic bead products is preferred;
4.Strong experimental design and operational capabilities, complete experience in magnetic bead product development is preferred;
5.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and strong organizational coordination abilities.
