Enzyme-linked/chemiluminescence

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a common method for antibody or antigen determination. ELISA is based on the determination of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction of those immune complexes by the associated enzyme. The antibody can be immobilized on a plastic plate with a surface coating, so by simply washing the plastic plate, the immune complex can be easily separated from the other components and measured. Chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay (CLIA) is a combination of a highly sensitive chemiluminescence assay technique and a highly specific immune response for the detection of various antigens, haptens, antibodies, hormones, enzymes, fatty acids, vitamins and drugs. It is a new immunoassay technology developed after radioimmunoassay, enzyme immunoassay, fluorescence immunoassay and time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay.

Rapid diagnosis

Colloidal gold immunochromatography fixed the specific antigen or antibody in a strip on the membrane, and colloidal gold labeled reagent (antibody or monoclonal antibody) was adsorbed on the binding pad. When the sample to be tested was added to the sample pad at one end of the test strip, it moved forward by capillary action, dissolved the colloidal gold labeled reagent on the binding pad and reacted with each other, and then moved to the area of fixed antigen or antibody, the conjugate of the test substance and the gold-labeled reagent is specifically combined with it and is trapped, gathered on the detection strip, and the color result can be observed by the naked eye.

molecular diagnosis

Molecular diagnostics is a technique used at the molecular level to diagnose and monitor disease. It allows to detect the disease and its causative agent with high accuracy and sensitivity, even before symptoms appear. Molecular diagnostics typically involve the extraction of DNA or RNA from a patient sample (such as blood, urine, or tissue), followed by amplification and analysis using molecular biology techniques such as PCR (polymerase chain reaction).
